We visited The Woodshed for the free live music and had a great time! It’s a welcoming venue with plenty of space to sit, whether at tables or out on the grass. The atmosphere was relaxed and perfect for enjoying music outdoors. There was ample parking when we arrived, though we could see it getting tight during busier events. Overall, a great spot to unwind, listen to live music, and enjoy a casual evening out. We’d definitely come back!
Stopped in for a refresher after running some errands and hitting the greenhouse down the road. Vibe is cool , and lots of outdoor seating. Will def give some food a try next time.
We came up for a long weekend and on our way home we decided to post up at The Woodshed. Best decision we made our whole trip. We are from Portsmouth NH and found these guys on Google. As soon as we arrived we felt like the locals. They were so accommodating and gave our dog Bow some extra love as he is in a splint. With our two kiddos and the event they had today everyone was so friendly and we will definitely come back. Wherever you’re from, however long your drive, make sure The Woodshed is part of the plan. Thank you so much to all the friendly staff and guests. What a wonderful place to take your family.
Great place to have a lunch or supper! We went to the food truck area outside, counter order and eat on picnic tables outside. Excellent food, super nice folks taking orders and serving. There were seven of us and not a bad meal among us all.
Great spot with lots of outdoor seating. There was an artist with a guitar singing while we were there. Staff is friendly and food came out really quickly! Tasted great too.
Locals are awesome and not ashamed to be themselves, and they include everyone in their enjoyment of the Woodshed. However, in the past couple months (today is June 6th) it has changed in a downward trajectory. The loyal regulars are not as important as they used to be and are treated like they’re just another source of income.
We had such a great time!! Love all the items for sale in the retail shop! The food was delicious and there were so many different drink options!! We will definitely be back the next time we are in Maine!
Regardless if you watch Maine Cabin Masters or not, this is a great place to stop! It was a bucket list stop on my northeast road trip, and lucky enough, I got to say hi to Chase! The Woodshed outdoor bar was great with lots of tap beers and food options. You can sit at the bar, or order and find a picnic table. It’s dog friendly, too! Try the malt cider slushee and Hunter’s Hash.
